Our Pet Policy

We are pet friendly community and welcome 2 pets per home. A $500 non-refundable pet fee for the first pet, $250 non-refundable pet fee for the second pet, as well as, a $20 monthly pet rent, per pet, are required per pet.  Breed Restrictions apply.  No exotic pets or other types of pets are allowed.

*Breed, size, and weight limitations and fee and deposit requirements do not apply to assistance animals. We comply with all applicable fair housing laws. We will consider any request for reasonable accommodations.
