At Hidden Ridge Apartments we know that your pets are family and want to encourage responsible pet interactions for all residents. Hidden Ridge Apartments uses a third-party pet application service that is both simple and secure. All pet-owning applicants must complete a Pet Screening or Animal Profile prior to final application approval.
$500 non-refundable pet fee for the first pet, $250 non-refundable pet fee for the second pet, as well as, a $20 monthly pet rent, per pet, are required per pet.
You may have up to 2 pets. Dogs and cats permitted. No exotic pets. Consult the leasing office with any additional questions.
Breed Restrictions Include: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Persa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof.
