Floor Plans

The floor level of our homes are represented in the first digit of each unit number.
Example: #1000- first floor,  #2000 – second floor,  #3000 – third floor


All first floor homes have hardwood-style flooring throughout with carpet in the bedrooms.

Rental Criteria (full screening policy available upon request)

Income: Gross monthly income of all applicants must equal at least 3x monthly rent.
Credit: Minimum FICO credit score: 550. No property debt, no evictions. A conditional result may require a guarantor, who will need to make an income of 5x monthly rent in gross pay
Criminal: No felony convictions. No violent, drug, or sexually-related misdemeanors

Move-In Fees

Application: $75 per person over 18 years old.
Administrative: $175 per home.
Deposit: $150 for one bedroom (A4: $150), $250 for two bedrooms, $350 for three bedrooms (additional deposit may be required depending on approved credit).


Amenity Fees

Pest Control: $10
